  2. If you see an item that you wish to place in your shopping cart, click the "ADD TO YOUR CART" button (you can always remove it from your cart later). From within your virtual shopping cart, you can select the desired size, color, quantity (if applicable).

  3. To preview the collected items in your shopping cart, click the "YOUR SHOPPING CART" icon above. If you wish to remove an item from your shopping cart, click the "REMOVE" link next to that shopping cart item.

  4. To purchase the items that are in your shopping cart, click on the "CHECK OUT" button in your shopping cart. Fill out the order form and click the "SUBMIT MY ORDER" button to place your order online.

ORDER PROCESSING, SHIPPING & HANDLING, PLUS DELIVERY SERVICES
    Please allow approximately 24 hours (1 business day) for processing of your order. The cost will be shown on the cart before final checkout.

    Shipping costs for international orders vary by country. The cost will be shown as you checkout. Depending on your countries customs policies there may be additional charges at pick up to your country.

    Please note that next day and second day delivery are not available to APO/FPO, P.O. Boxes and international destinations. These services may not be available in some rural U.S. areas.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

  • If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the unused item for a full refund or exchange it for another item - no questions asked. Simply return the unworn item with the invoice no later than 60 days after receipt (except videos). Instructional video tapes and DVDs : We will gladly exchange defective DVD's and Tapes for the same item within 30 days after receipt.
  • Shipping and handling charges on all returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the customer. Please include payment (check, money order, or credit card number, expiration date & signature) for all reshipment charges. Failure to include this will delay shipment of replacement merchandise.

  • On some items, demand may exceed our expectations. You will be notified of any delay in the shipment of your order.
